Shipping
The goods will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days after your order is confirmed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email regarding the shipment status and order tracking information.
The preparation of an order depends on the complexity of the product or the size of the order. Nevertheless, it should not exceed the processing time mentioned above. In case of any unforeseen events or delays beyond our control, you will be informed in advance.
It depends on where you are. Most customers find our standard delivery will receive their goods within 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We do our best to ensure that all items are shipped together. However, due to sometimes different shipping methods depending on when the product was made, our products are not always shipped together. You will receive a shipping notification email once the product has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot change it after the order has been shipped.
Returns
We provide a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to return your purchase within 30 days for any reason. If you find our product unsatisfactory within this period, please reach out to us via email to request a return label. We'll promptly arrange the return process for you. During this period,please ensure that the item is in a suitable condition for resale.For all returns, the whole set including the packaging and your return note is required in order to process your refund. Once your return package arrives at our office, we will arrange a full refund within 5 working days. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method used when placing the order.
If you are not satisfied with our product within this time frame, please contact us via email to request a return label. We will arrange the return process for you promptly.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. However, the returned merchandise must not reduce its resale value. If there is a quality problem with the item you received, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will not accept returns of items that have quality problems upon inspection if these problems are not reported and photos are attached when the item is received. If you insist on returning an item that cannot be resold, we can only provide a partial refund or return the item to you.
If the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it within 12 hours. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Our items ship from Mainland China. For orders outside Mainland China, additional taxes and fees may apply. Here are some key points:
US Customers: There are currently no additional US tariffs on our linen products from China.
Canadian Customers: There may be some duties on high value products shipped to Canada, but we have registered and declared the goods so you don't have to pay them again.
Our Preparations: We register the goods with import and export customs to ensure that there are no unexpected fees when you receive the goods. If there are any customs fees (which are less likely to be incurred for US customers), the courier will collect them at the time of delivery and you usually don't have to pay them again.
